Use one external checkout for race entries, practice, camping and club dues. This static site is set up for simple payment links, so no server-side card handling is needed.

If SoCal QMA qualifies as an eligible nonprofit, evaluate Zeffy first. It supports memberships and event/ticket payments with no platform or card-processing fee to the nonprofit; its model is funded by optional payer tips.
If nonprofit eligibility or the Zeffy model is not a fit, use Stripe Payment Links. It has no monthly fee on standard pricing and is easy to connect to a static Bootstrap site.

NASCAR Youth states that its membership provides insurance/waiver coverage and that listed participants also complete SpeedWaiver. The official club-materials page provides printable minor and adult waiver forms.
